|,Appellant was charged with first-degree murder and was tried by a jury. The jury was given instructions relating to this offense, as well as to the lesser-included offenses of second-degree murder and manslaughter. The jury found appellant not guilty of first-degree murder but guilty of second-degree murder. The sole issue on appeal is whether the evidence was sufficient to support the jury’s finding that appellant knowingly killed the victim.
