TOM GLAZE, Justice.

Appellant James Fudge was charged ticapital ce. in the death of his wife, Kimberly Fudge. Following a jury trial, he was convicted as charged and sentenced to death. Fie now brings this appeal in which he raises five points for reversal. We find no merit in any of his arguments, and we affirm.

For his first point on appeal, Fudge argues that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the verdict of capital murder. When we review a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence, we will affirm the conviction if there is substantial evidence to support it, when viewed in the light…
