This suit was instituted by the plaintiffs, The Anderson Company and Productive Inventions, both Indiana corporations, the latter having been merged into the former so that plaintiff, The Anderson Company, hereinafter called plaintiff, remains. The defendants are Sears Roebuck and Co., a New York corporation, and The Zaiger Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation. The Complaint charges infringement of U. S. Letters Patent 2,596,063 by reason of sales by both Sears and Zaiger of windshield wiper blades…
