This case involves claims of an administrator of a decedent’s estate against two physicians and a physician’s assistant for wrongful death and civil conspiracy. The questions addressed in this appeal include (1) whether the plaintiffs motion to amend his complaint should have been allowed; (2) whether the complaint sufficiently stated a claim for punitive damages arising out of the alleged negligence of the defendants; and (3) whether the dismissal of claims against the defendants for civil conspiracy was proper.
