This matter is before the Court pursuant to a Motion to Intervene and to Unseal Summary Judgment Motion Papers and Associated Materials (MDL No. 05-1708 (DWF/AJB), Doe. No. 1930, Civ. No. 06-25 (DWF/AJB), Doe. No. 177) brought by Bloomberg L.P. (“Bloomberg”), a financial news and data company that operates, among other things, Bloomberg News.
