This case is before the Law Court on defendant’s exceptions to certain instructions to the jury.
The plaintiff was one of the incorporators of the Crystal Spring Water Company, a corporation, and as such was the owner of seven shares of its capital stock. Seven other shares were owned by Mr. Wentworth, and the remaining share by Mr. Abbott. These three persons were the officers and directors of the corporation.
