GIERKE, Judge:

A special court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of violating a lawful general regulation by using and possessing illegal weapons, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 892. Pursuant to his pleas, the court-martial also convicted appellant of aggravated assault, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, 10 USC § 928.
