Chase v. York County Savings Bank

Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth District, in an appeal from Grayson- County. The appeal was upon an agreed case under the statute. French and Rice had contributed money with others to purchase the lands held by P. E. Fairbanks under the instruments and by the title shown in the opinion. The York County Savings Bank sued them and levied attachment on their interest in the land.
