Appellants, physicians and surgeons, were partners, engaged in practice, and were called to attend, professionally, the appellee, who had sustained an injury to the left forearm, designated a Golles’ fracture of the radius, about one and one-half inches above the wrist joint. Appellee brought an action against appellants, alleging they so unskillfully and negligently performed their duty that the arm so injured was permanently disabled, and a judgment for $1250 was entered in her favor, which was affirmed by the Appellate Court.
