This is an application for review of the decision and judgment of the trial court, Donlon, Judge, International Packers, Limited v. United States, 42 Cust. Ct. 453, Reap. Dec. 9304, and from the order of the court vacating and setting aside the original judgment and modifying it, as reported in International Packers, Limited v. United States, 42 Cust. Ct. 581, Reap. Dec. 9367.
