DECISION
The genesis of this dispute is the "on again — off again" relationship between plaintiff, Albert E. Nani ("Nani" or "plaintiff") and defendant Karen A. Vanasse ("Vanasse" or "defendant"). Plaintiff asserts a breach of an alleged contract between the parties entitling them each to an equal interest in certain real estate located at 16 Commonwealth Avenue in Barrington, Rhode Island (the "Property").
