The Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) has filed preliminary objections to the petition for review of DuShawn Smith (petitioner). By memorandum and order dated May 17, 1989, this Court ordered that the petition for review be treated as a petition addressed to this Court’s original jurisdiction because the petition sounds in mandamus.
