The plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendants $407.46, the balance plaintiff claims to be due and owing on a contract for the board and tuition of a daughter of the defendants at the school of Miss Sayward, plaintiff’s assignor.
The complaint alleges an agreement for the entire school year. The answers of both defendants deny making such an agreement, but admit contracting and paying for the first term of the school year.
