PICKERING, District Judge.

The above styled nonjury case came on for hearing February 2, 1993, and the Court having heard testimony in this case and the parties having rested, the Court ruled as follows;

This lawsuit involves the sale of natural gas from the Poplarville gas field in South Mississippi during the period of June 1987 through January 1992. The Poplarville natu ral gas field was developed largely by Exxon Corporation who owned eighty-six percent (86%) of the gas in at least a large portion of the field.
