HOLMES, Circuit Judge.
The appellants were convicted of conspiring to interfere with interstate commerce in violation of an act approved June 18, 1934. The statute was rewritten and materially changed by an amendment enacted July 3, 1946. The amended act does not apply in this case, since the crime is alleged to have been committed in 1944; but this prosecution is saved by Section 13 of the Revised Statutes of the United States.
