OPINION

TIPTON, Judge.

The defendant, Gary Tizard, was convicted by a jury in the Sumner County Criminal Court of two counts of sexual battery by means of fraud, a Class E felony. He was sentenced as a Range I, standard offender to concurrent one-year terms and fined a total of fifty-six hundred dollars.
