Presently before the Court is Defendant Salisbury Behavioral Health, Inc., Va New Story’s (“New Story”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 21) on Plaintiff Mary Woods’ (“Woods”) claims of discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa.
