BACKGROUND
This case was commenced on May 26, 1988, by the filing of an involuntary Chap ter 11 petition against East-West Associates (the “Debtor”) by Nastasti-White, Inc., Circle Industries Division, Argus Construction Corp., and U.S.A. Contracting Corp (the “Petitioning Creditors” or “Mechanics Lienors”).
