Appeal from an order and a supplemental order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered October 13, 1977 and October 24, 1977, respectively, in Saratoga County, which amended a resettled judgment dated and entered July 21, 1977 so as to provide for a date for the closing of title to certain real property pursuant to said resettled judgment, and denied plaintiffs’ motion to amend said judgment in all other respects.
