Agnes Tuttle filed a hill for divorce in the circuit court of Cook county on September 28, 1928, against her husband, William J. Tuttle, on the ground of habitual drunkenness, alleging that they were married on December 30, 1913, and lived together as husband and wife until August 27, 1928, when he deserted her in Paris, France. They had one child, a boy, who was two and a half years old at the time of the filing of the bill.
