Appellant, The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons of Texas and Jurisdiction, appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of appellees, Sam Jackson, Howard Roberson and Aaron Armstrong, individually, and as trustees of Evergreen Lodge No. 171, Free and Accepted Masons of Texas and Jurisdiction.
