MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT F. HERSHNER, Jr., Chief Judge.
Kevin Hester, Plaintiff, filed on January 14, 2002, an Objection to the Discharge-ability of Debt Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523. Robin Jones Daniel, Defendant, filed a response and a counterclaim on February 7, 2002. Plaintiff filed a response to the counterclaim on February 19, 2002.
