State v. Maxfield
Supreme Court of New Hampshire
1Opinion of the CourtBois, J.
Prior to trial on the charges of the unlawful possession of cocaine, RSA 318-B:26 1(b)(1) (Supp. 1979), and of less than one pound of marijuana, RSA 318-B:26 1(b)(2) (Supp. 1979), the defendant moved to suppress certain evidence obtained from a custodial search of his person and a search of his automobile. Cann, J., denied this motion and subsequently found the defendant guilty based on the stipulations filed by the defendant. The defendant now appeals the convictions on the ground that the denial of his motion to suppress was error. We find no error and affirm.
