The appellee brought an action of ejectment against ap*371pellant and recovered judgment for possession and for five hundred dollars damages on account of mesne profits. The verdict and judgment find that the appellee is entitled to an estate in fee in the land recovered. The appellant has given bond in the penalty of six hundred dollars, with sureties, and conditioned that “ if she shall well and truly pay all costs, and the amount for which judgment was given and damages ” in case the judgment of the Circuit Court shall be confirmed by the Supreme Court, then the obligation shall be void, but…
