OPINION OF THE COURT
RENDELL, Circuit Judge.
Debtors Ravi and Rajalakshmi Subra-manian appeal the District Court’s order affirming the Bankruptcy Court’s order denying debtors’ motion to vacate the default judgment entered against them in the bankruptcy adversary proceeding initiated by the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee and *113creditor HSBC. For the reasons set forth below, we will affirm.
