Plaintiff B-G Associates, Inc., an Illinois corporation which provides services in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, brought an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract against Faustino and Maria Giron (jointly, defendants). A default judgment entered for plaintiff and against defendants subsequently was vacated by the circuit court. From that order, plaintiff appeals and questions whether the circuit court had jurisdiction to vacate the default judgment.
