Ann Agustsson, respondent, appeals from an order entered by the trial court, vacating a judgment for dissolution of her marriage and accompanying marital settlement agreement. We affirm.

Magnus Agustsson, petitioner, filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from his wife, Ann. On March 22, 1990, the trial court entered a judgment for dissolution which incorporated a marital settlement agreement.
