Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alvin Schlesinger, J.), rendered March 30, 1987, convicting defendant after a jury trial of criminal sale of a *594controlled substance in the fifth degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of from 2 to 4 years’ imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.
