This is an action for a declaratory judgment and plaintiff, in connection therewith, moves for an injunction pendente lite, enjoining and restraining the defendants from suspending or revoking plaintiff’s license for the operation of a launderette store because of installation of an extractor and a dryer, and from interfering with plaintiff’s operation and conduct of said launderette store.
