The action below was assumpsit commenced by a writ of foreign attachment; the Bank of Philadelphia and Trust Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, was plaintiff therein and Wabash Railway Company, a corporation of. the State of Indiana, defendant; several companies, among them the Reading and the Pennsylvania Railroad, were named and served as garnishees.
