MURPHY, Chief Justice.

Appellants, Marta A. Lentino, Eduardo P. Lentino, M.D., and Jorge A. Lentino, M.D., appeal from a partial summary judgment and jury verdict in favor of appellee, Cullen Center Bank and Trust. Appellants bring six points of error, contending: (1) the trial court improperly granted appellee’s motion for partial summary judgment; and (2) the trial court erred by overruling appellants’ motion to modify, correct, or reform the judgment when there was insufficient evidence or no evidence to support the jury’s verdict.
