THOMAS, Judge.

Diane Helen Allen (“the wife”) and Mark James Allen (“the husband”) were married in 1985. In May 2007, the husband sued the wife for a divorce. The parties attempted to mediate an agreement; however, the mediation was ultimately unsuccessful. After a trial in May 2008, the trial court divorced the parties on the ground of incompatibility, awarded the wife a 1981 Corvette automobile, awarded the husband a 2006 Ford Expedition sport-utility vehicle and made him solely responsible for the $33,000 to $34,000 debt associated with that vehicle, made the husband responsible for the…
