This case began by a Bill in Equity asking for a decree of dissolution of an alleged partnership and for an accounting of the capital and profits of the partnership. The allegations are that in August 1937 a partnership was formed between three people, to wit, the defendant, who had a 75% interest therein, his daughter Fannie Kirshon, and her husband, both of whom had a 25% interest therein.
