In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals (1), as limited by his brief, from stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Stack, J.), dated July 29, 2003, which, inter alia, equitably distributed the marital assets, (2) an order of the same court dated July 16, 2003, which granted the plaintiffs motion for an award of an attorney’s fee in the sum of $10,000 and denied his cross motion for an award of an attorney’s fee, and (3) a judgment of the same court dated August 8, 2003, entered upon the order.
