Action to recover on two renewal notes, one for $7,000 and the other for $7,500. At the close of the case the court directed a[41] verdict for plaintiff and the jury returned a verdict for $20,355, which included interest. Motion for a new trial was sustained and plaintiff appealed. The cause was commenced in Howard County, but the venue was changed to Carroll County.
