MEMORANDUM & ORDER
AMON, District Judge.
I. Introduction
Plaintiff Mana Products, Inc. (“Mana”) brought this action alleging that defendant sold and continues to sell cosmetics products confusingly similar to Mana’s, in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and the New York state common law of unfair competition. Plaintiff also requests injunc-tive relief under the New York anti-dilution statute, N.Y.Gen.Bus.Law § 368-d (McKinney 1984).
