This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, brought under the act of the last session of our General Assembly, Pamphlet Laws, page 101, Sec. 3, which provides for such a proceeding. The suit was instituted in the Court below by Ann W. Campbell, who claims an interest in a tract of land situated at St. Andrews Bay, as heir to her father, (the late) John Clark.
