In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Dickinson, J.), entered June 7, 1983, which dismissed his complaint, after a jury trial.
Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event.
