Ole Christian Augestad, a resident of Glacier county, died on July 18, 1937. One S. J. Rigney filed a petition for the probate of an alleged holographic will. The petition prayed for the probate of the will and for the appointment of the public administrator of Glacier county as administrator of the estate with the will annexed.
