DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after an Evidentiary Hearing on the Debtor’s Objection to the Proof of Claim of Lawrence Woods. As the basis for his objection, the Debtor stated that the claim of Mr. Woods is “based on an assignment” against which he “believes he has defenses and competing claims against the assignee which reduce if not eliminate the claim.” (Doc.
