In this contentious civil case, Plaintiffs Trustees of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union No. 43 Health and Welfare Fund, et al, allege violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1456 (“ERISA”) by Defendant Larry Crawford, individually and doing business under various names.
