MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court upon the motion (the “Motion”) of Luigi Seotto-DiClemente’s (the “Debtor”) for Reconsideration of the Order of Dismissal of his Chapter 13 case entered on November 18, 2011, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 109(e). The circumstances underlying this case were set forth in the Court’s November 18, 2011 opinion, In re Scotto-DiClemente, 459 B.R. 558 (Bankr.D.N.J.2011).
