This is á suit for total disability under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of the State of-Louisiana. The suit was filed by plaintiff on December 8, 1951 against R, H. Gracey Drilling Company and'its workmen’s compensation ■ insurer, -Employers Mutual "Liability. Insurance Company of *714Wausau, Wisconsin.
