This is a compensation suit in which plaintiff claims to have suffered an accident while in the employ of defendant, W. Horace Williams Company, alleging that injuries resulting from such accident brought about total permanent disability. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff and against the defendant employer company and its insurer in the amount of $20 per week, not to exceed 400 weeks, subject to credits for weekly compensation paid, and rejecting plaintiff's demands for additional medical expenses.
