Plaintiffs Anthony DiGiglio and Dorson Hess bring this action against their former employer, Defendant U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc., another company, Pratt (Corrugated Logistics), LLC, and certain employees of the two companies, alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") in connection with their commercial trucking operation.
