At approximately 6:15 o’clock on the morning of February 24, 1974, in Baltimore City, a Hong Kong citizen was robbed at gun point by two men, forced to perform fellatio upon one of her attackers, and she was raped by the same individual. The actual rape was interrupted by the arrival of the police. The criminals fled, but one of the assailants was apprehended within a short distance of the scene of the crime.
