Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered February 16, 2006, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of manslaughter in the first degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the first degree in satisfaction of an indictment charging him with two counts of murder in the second degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
