—In an action to recover damages *580for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lerner, J.), dated January 30, 1996, as, upon granting renewal and reargument, adhered to so much of an order of the same court dated September 13, 1995, as granted the branches of the motion by the defendant Trevus Construction Corp. and the cross motion by the defendant City of New York which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed…
