History of Case
On 6 April 1978, plaintiff filed his complaint and motion for preliminary relief against defendants, husband and wife, for the return of his automobile, tools of his trade, and other personal possessions which defendants were withholding. Plaintiff also sought damages in the amount of $14,050 arising from malicious prosecution, abuse of process, trespass to his car and the possessions therein, breach of contract, and conversion.
