ORDER AND JUDGMENT *

WILLIAM J. HOLLOWAY, JR., Circuit Judge.

Mr. Douglas Spradlin died not long after being removed from the Plaintiffs-Appellees’ nursing home. Mr. Spradlin’s son, Jason, 1 brought a wrongful-death action in state court. The Plaintiffs-Appellees then filed suit in federal court to compel arbitration, with diversity jurisdiction being alleged and not disputed. Jason now appeals from a federal district court order compelling arbitration of the wrongful death action. We have appellate jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
